Order Processing Times, Shipping Times
Within 48 hours of purchase, the order will be processed, an average time of production is 3-4 business days. Shipping is predicated on your choice of shipping method chosen at checkout. Based on items ordered and manufacturing locations, packages may be shipped separately per order.
We offer three shipping methods Express, Premium, and Economy which have various shipping rates and delivery times. Rates are based on product weight/volume, its destination address, and are subject to change by the carrier.
Shipping Cost
- Express: 3-5 business day delivery, Flat Rate $8.99
- Premium: 4-7 business day delivery, Flat Rate $7.99
- Standard: 7-10 business day delivery, Flat Rate $6.99 (US orders only)
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Exchanges are offered for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days after the purchase has been delivered. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, an in-store credit will be issued for the inconvenience, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you. For all returns or exchanges:
- Item must not be washed or damaged
- All original tags must be attached
- Prof of purchase
Sales and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so within 48 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at Rmoon.Customerservice@gmail.com so changes can be made immediately. If your order has shipped and changes could not be made, please return the items unused for the exchange of the right item or items.
Real-time tracking info is provided on all orders. If the order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at(***)-(***-****). We will do our best to locate your package if possible. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at Rukiyacorising.com. We will send a return label after review to ship the items back to us, and the damaged order will be replaced.
If your order is lost with the shipping carrier(conformed by carrier), we will offer to either ship order out again or offer a gift card for future purchases for the inconvenience. Shipping charges may apply.
